Bernadeta Sondej

Manager experienced in the field of culture, with law and journalism degrees. She worked for the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, as well as state and local cultural institutions. She was responsible for the management, organizational and legal issues. As Head of the Director's Office, she co-created the organizational standards of the National Film Archive - Audiovisual Institute. She was responsible for material and financial planning at the State Water Holding "Polish Waters". She believes in teamwork, open communication and management adapted to the organization's nature and goals.
