Katarzyna Anuszkiewicz

A manager experienced in the fields of finance and leadership, with Mathematics & Information Science degrees. She has worked for corporations such as General Electric, ABB, and in the banking sector. Since 2007, she has helped businesses in financial services, corporate and retail banking, and industrial sectors to develop and execute strategic plans. She is specialized in setting up successful teams, establishing reporting processes, and building new solutions, all while serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and leading teams across international organizations. Throughout her career, she has held various roles spanning corporate (audit), banking (retail), commercial, factory/supply chain, and FP&A. She led multi-disciplinary projects, managing complex challenges and priorities, diverse teams, and effective communication. She is passionate about exploring and enhancing the social value of the culture, education, and science sectors by developing audience-centered digital strategies.
