Agnieszka Sadowska-Konczal

With nearly 15 years of experience in the third sector, she is an NGO manager dedicated to building the operational and organizational foundations that drive meaningful social impact. In her work, she combines strategic thinking with a close attention to day-to-day operations, firmly believing that well-designed processes empower teams to focus on what matters most. From 2021 to 2026, she served as Office Manager at Fundacja Edukacji Klimatycznej (Climate Education Foundation), where she supported the management board and coordinated key processes for an organization operating at the intersection of science communication, climate education, and countering disinformation. Her experience also includes serving as a co-founder and board member of the Polish Zero Waste Association. A biologist by education, she holds a PhD in social sciences (pedagogy) and an MBA in NGO Management.
