Sociologist and researcher, expert in the fields of digital cultural heritage, open science, new technologies, and copyright law. Author of reports, analyses, and recommendations on the social impact of technology and related regulations on the culture, education, and science sectors. Board member of the EUscreen Foundation and Vice President of the COMMUNIA Association. Actively involved in advocacy networks such as Creative Commons and Knowledge Rights 21. Member of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group (GRAI) at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the KIS 12 Working Group at the Ministry of Development and Technology, and the International Advisory Committee of UNESCO’s Memory of the World Programme. Previously, she was a project coordinator responsible for international cooperation at the National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute (FINA), focusing on building access to and creatively reusing digital heritage for research, educational, or artistic purposes. She is also a co-creator of the crowdfunding platform WspieramKulture.pl and a former expert in international relations at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. She is passionate about exploring and enhancing the social value of the culture, education, and science sectors in developing audience-centered digital strategies.
