In relation to your participation in the online event, we inform you of the following:
1) Your personal data is controlled by Centrum Cyfrowe (Centrum Cyfrowe), registered at
Chmielna 24/2, 00-020 Warsaw.
2) The personal data you provide in a form may be processed for the following purposes:
a. to enable your participation in the online event - the legal basis being that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (Regulation 2017/679));
b. if the data you provided is more detailed than necessary to provide the service - the
legal basis to process it is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (a) of Regulation 2016/679);
c. to conduct quality of service surveys - the legal basis being legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of Regulation 2016/679), where the controller’s legitimate interest is obtaining information on the level of satisfaction with the service among training participants;
d. if necessary, to establish a claim, redress, or to defend against a claim - the legal basis being legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of Regulation 2016/679), where the controller’s legitimate interest is allowing the controller to redress or defend against a claim related to the online event;
e. to provide statistical information - the legal basis being legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of Regulation 2016/679), where the controller’s legitimate interest is collecting statistical information on project participants.
3) Your personal data may be shared with information system and IT service providers, companies providing marketing services to the controller, hotels or other parties providing services to the controller.
4) Your personal data will be processed:
a. in the scope of implementing the agreement - for the time during which the agreement is being implemented. The processing period can be extended to a limitation period every time the processing of personal data becomes necessary to pursue or defend against possible claims by the controller. After that, your personal data will only be processed in the scope and time defined by law, especially regulations on accounting.
b. in the scope in which data is processed based on consent - until said consent is withdrawn.
5) You have the right to access your data and demand its correction, deletion or limitation of processing.
6) Because your data will be processed automatically, on the basis of an agreement and consent, you also have the right to transfer the data provided to the controller, meaning that you have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format. This data can then be sent to a different data controller.
7) You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervision authority in the member state of your habitual residence, your work or the state where the alleged infraction was made.
8) You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data marked as optional. The withdrawal of consent does not influence the lawfulness of data processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn. The controller asks that you withdraw your consent in written or electronic form as a form of evidence.
9) The controller requires you to provide the data for the purpose of implementing the project you are participating in. If you do not provide the personal data required by the controller, you will not be able to participate. The provision of data marked as optional is voluntary.
